Positive Behavior Intervention and Support
Green Schools Foundation is proud to be a funding sponsor for the Green Local School District's PBIS initiative. PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support) is a nationally recognized, evidence-based framework that helps schools create positive learning environments where all students can succeed.
This tiered system of support allows staff to create and teach expectations that help all students feel successful. Through the PBIS program, behavior expectations are taught proactively, and positive behaviors are consistently acknowledged and reinforced.
